The car was owned mostly in warm climates,so it is clean/no rust. The paint is also in great condition, except some rock chips on the front hood and bumper. There's also a scuff at the bottom of the front bumper on the passenger side.
The car needs front tires. Depending on how fast it will sell,I might replace all 4,or deduct the price of front tires from asking.
Regular oil changes with TWS 10W-60 every 4-5K miles.
Never tracked, adult owned by an enthusiast.
CPV valve with updated O-ring done.
Rear differential updated bolts done.
New brake fluid-replaced summer of 2014.
New AC belt-replaced summer of 2014.
New Bosch battery.
New fuel filter.
New air filter.
New cabin filter.
New brake pads and sensors all around-replaced fall of 2014.
The car is stock, except Autosolutions 40% SSK,installed professionally-exhaust removed/transmission lowered. Brand new alcantara shift boot and illuminated ZCP ****. Excellent shifting feel!
IPhone 4/4S/5/5S/6/6S/IPod cable installed-plays on the factory stereo and charges your phone.
PPI welcomed! I also have a PPI record from when I bought the car : rear subframe and VANOS checked-no problems.
Clean title in hand/no liens.
I have all books/manuals/NAV DVDs and 2 keys.
Price : 27.900$.

I hope you get that price. It would mean mine is worth about $30K! GLWS.
(See my comment below for further exposition: this car looks superb.)

I personally don't like to comment on the price when it comes to someone's " FS " ad,but given my detailed listing and your knowledge on the E46 M3 market, feel free to provide your input here or via PM as to what do you think this car should sell for?
Thanks again.

No offense intended, believe me! I think it should sell for what you are asking; it seems an eminently fair price to me.
Your car is impressive (as is the listing, but someone else had already said that). It looks virtually undriven. I have no idea how you have managed to keep it so pristine.
I have two E46 M3s since they were in production - one for fair weather DD, and one (ZCP/CS) stored and maintained for retirement (hah!) so I can be that old guy with a clean but subtle old car.
For anyone less familiar with the model, my (amateur but somewhat experienced) assessment would be that the seats look like they have maybe 1/3rd the actual miles on them, the ashtray lid and console look factory new and both are prone to degrade if not cared for. The car looks very well kept, well loved, and if anything under-driven. The Imola Red interior adds value, and this one is kitchen clean. The Silbergrau is virtually flawless; I live near by so I know it looks better than I have managed on my DD.
The ONLY reason I commented on the possible value of mine vis-a-vis this one is that I have lower mileage because I bought it with the intention of keeping it for later. That one gets used about 5x annually and is otherwise plugged in, covered, and hand-turned. It honestly looks barely better than this one.
This without doubt looks worth the asking price, and if I wasn't hunting for something else it would be tempting me. Prima Facie, the buyer will be lucky and happy, so I hope it is someone who appreciates what they are getting.

I am glad you think the car is pristine,it means I took good care of it.
It is certainty not my intention to present this car as concours d'elegance material because she's not. As I've stated in my initial post,it does have some rock chips, mostly on the hood. Unfortunately the original owner failed to install a clear bra and the dreaded rock chips developed.
The interior is in good shape : the driver seat has normal wear and the passenger and rear seats are like new.
There is wear on the Alcantara steering wheel, cup holders in the center console and just a tiny bit on the astray cover. The Alcantara shifter boot is new and so is the illuminated ZCP ****.
