Sorry... no back seat. They did come with them in other markets and I have seen locally the 968 Cab retrofitted with the seats. Easy enough to remove the two compartment shelf - and install the Coupe seat bottoms. The carpeting and seat backs are still there - and offer a fold down pass through to the trunk. Big issue back in 90's was USA regs. requiring rear seat shoulder belts and Porsche just did not want to deal with that.
