Well the time has come to part ways with my 1990 Porsche 964 C4. I have truly enjoyed the car, but am looking at other projects now. I have just completed a full split case rebuild and completed the 1000 mile break in process.

I have had a few individual questions and I thought I would post the answers here as well for general knowledge. I also wanted to say Thank You for the kind words by everyone.

Q: Who did the rebuild?
A: I did the rebuild myself, using the various resources out there Rennlist, Pelican, a few books and most importantly the P-Fixit DVD by Denis (Dmarkus on Rennlist). I have access to a lift (and lifting table that made the drop and reinstall easy (about 6-7 hours each way) and a heated garage with tons of lighting and every tool needed. I really took my time on the rebuild documenting everything as I went putting them in baggies and then cleaning inspecting what would be re-used etc. On the website I outlined where I sent parts for work that was stuff I am not outfitted to do, machining, powder-coating, Cam work etc. I went with what I thought were best in the biz individuals. For parts orders I worked with Don Weaver at EBS

Q: Will the Second set of wheels fit in the Car?
A: With a driver, probably not, if the vehicle was shipped possibly. In any case we can probably arrange to ship those that dont fit with UPS or something. For the other parts such as Secondary Muffler, Undertray and H5 lights they will fit. I also don't mind putting the Under-tray on and swapping out the G-pipe since it is much smaller than the secondary muffler.
