I am the original owner, have both keys, manual, window sticker, Audicare serviced, garage kept, adult driven, original owner. Selling to buy a 964/993.
The car has been clayed/waxed regularly since new. 6 months ago had 2 stage polish, sealant and wax - the finish looks amazing.
Suspension handles and rides amazingly well. Sport button still controls OEM magride struts and gives you racecar handling when on and is a great cruiser when off. The MSS Suspension spring kit completely transformed this car. Stock TT-RS springs are way too soft for a car with this much power. Coupled with the larger rear sway bar this car no longer understeers and handles very neutral.
Modifications
No Engine Tune ever - stock/untouched ECU
MSS Springs (Eibach) height adjustable front and rear kit
034 Motorsport Strut Mount - Track Density - adds a little more feel to the suspension
H&R Rear Sway Bar
Borla catback Exhaust - 5k miles old
Borla diffuser - powdercoated black - 1 year old
K&N Drop in Air Filter
Porterfield R4-S brake pads Front and Rear ~ about 5K miles - no squeaking, less brake dust, better braking performance
OEM brake pads ~ brand new in box
Front lower lip spoiler wrapped gloss black
Fresh alignment
Wheel Specs
fifteen52 Turbomac - forged 1 piece, amazing quality
Brushed finish with tinted clear powder coat

Price drop. Was $50K, now $45k. Car is perfect, I just have the Porsche bug. Handles amazing, very fast, solid car. Oh, and the sound of a 5 cylinder engine plus a Borla exhaust. Perfect tone and rasp, not too loud.

My TT-RS is back up for sale. It now has 44k miles on it, located in SoCal.
The following parts have been added since the last post:
MTM Carbon rear diffuser
CTS Turbo cold air intake - excellent turbo noise
HPA Dogbone Transmission Mount
42 Draft Designs Shift Bushing
OEM Audi A1 shift ****
Rear spoiler uprights and diffuser lip painted gloss black
Still no ECU tune, I'm the original owner
I recently did a video review on the car also:

Great video and production quality....though I don't know if showing you giving the car a good thrashing and missing a gear, plus the fact it shows the car has been tracked as well, will help you in selling it LOL
Anyway, nice TT-RS
Good luck with the sale

Thanks for the feedback, its very much appreciated, your 993 is beautiful! I also thought about the negatives of sharing the video, but I believe in full disclosure: yes the car has been tracked, driven and enjoyed. However it has been pampered the whole way, garaged, never driven in the snow, only seen rain a couple times, and always treated like a queen. I hardly ever launch the car, but had to do it for the vid!
The car has been tracked a total of 4 times, which equals about 4 hours of total track time. On one of those days I was joined by my friend in his TT-RS who's oil temps consistently ran about 20 degrees higher than mine. Even though I tracked the car, it doesn't mean I drove the hell out of it. I drive to have fun and enjoy the car, I'm not constantly pushing for faster times.
Also, with a stock ECU, the powertrain is completely stock which avoids any increased wear and tear.

My R8 is that color. It's stunning and has so many different characteristics under different light. My parents have the same year TTSR. Great cars. GLWS.
