I am the 2nd owner (first owner was a college professor) of this Colorado vehicle (it didn't come to New England until 2011) and it might be the best RRC on the road currently, with all of the extras and upgrades you need and none of the issues (no rust, no electrical issues).
Here are the details:
Title: In Hand!
Model: 1994 Range Rover Classic
Sub- Model: SWB - Short Wheel Base. This is the more rare 3.9L engine as compared to the LWB with the 4.3l engine. It also has the hard dash, which is preferred over the 1995 soft dash that mimics the Discovery.
Color: Beluga Black exterior, Tan interior.
Miles: Just crossed 122,000 (nothing for a 20 year old car - and, these guys run forever)
Rust: None! This is an original Colorado vehicle. And, the car is 90% aluminum anyways. There is no rust on the tailgate (which is rare) and the rear window fully closes and also has no rust (also rare).
Tires: Brand new Khumo Road Venture MT (205 80r16) -$1000 value. I also have the upgraded and special TWR rims that were a factory option for the year.
Upgrades:
Coil Spring Conversion: Original air-lift taken out for Old Man Emu coil spring suspension. (This is a major upgrade every RRC owner must do to avoid complications down the road) There is a 1" lift, which isn't a redneck lift, it puts the vehicle at the normal ride height. With the air-lift suspension, the vehicle would lower on highways, ride at normal for daily driving and raise for off-road. The 1" lift puts the RRC at a great highway height that is perfect for any off-road ventures. (my RRC has never been rock-crawled or off-roaded by the way)
Engine: Tornado Systems chip for better gas mileage and low-end torgue. K&N air-filter.
Brush Guard: Vintage, and retro-looking brush guard with matching rear tail-light guards (these are no longer made by the way). Includes Hella lights on brush-guard with separate on/off switch.
Condition:
Interior is great, no major issues at all. Original stereo, speakers and in-trunk 6-disc CD Changer. Minor issue is that radio display no longer shows the full radio station numbers. I deal with it - hopefully you will too! All windows, interior lights and electrics work. AC still blows cold, heat is amazing in winter.
Exterior is typical of a 20-year old car. It's got 10ft. paint with the normal scratches and rock chips you'd expect. No major paint problems of any kind. The pin stripe was just repainted, so it looks amazing. Probably could use a clay bar application and wax but outside of that, looks good.
Title in hand
Asking $11,000 or best reasonable offer. Will consider trades for a running, but in need of fix-its 911 or 968.
