The stock seats and wheels (with Sumitomos on them) are included in the sale. Mechanically sound and cosmetically in good shape, front bumper has several small dings as expected.
College looming for kids, sadly backing off track stuff for a while.

Yes, it's bolt on (product is listed here: http://www.bodymotion.com/porsche_boxster.asp). I don't think the shop did any unexpected welding, but I can double check if you'd like to be 100% sure.

My understanding is that this model's engine does not have the rate of problems the 986 Boxer did. An upgrade wasn't recommended, and I didn't think it was worth it, when I looked into it. I understand others' opinions may vary, however!
