I've done four things to the car since my purchase. Clear side markers, rubber floor mats, 30% window tinting and picked up a set of fully refinished Carrera Sport wheels on which I put new Bridgestone S-04 tires (now have 2200 miles on them).
The CPO warranty runs through December 22, 2015. Mileage is currently 29,7XX. I purchased the car with 24,292 on the clock in December 2013 and drove it back from Dallas to Denver (about 800 miles). Other than scheduled maintenance I have had it to the dealer once when the alarm went off randomly a couple times. Internal sensor was adjusted and PCM software updated. That's it. The car has been mechanically great. I did one autocross school in it last May (on different tires). It's otherwise been driven to work, my kids school, and handful of mountain drives. I drive in normal mode on the PDK the majority of the time, and have not taken the **** out of this car in any way.
I have all service records since new. Only normal maintenance items and warranty fix of PDK software and HPFP. I can send a spreadsheet of all maintenance history to interested buyers. Please just ask. I have the original window sticker. The car is in the Denver area.
A buyer can select whether they want the car with the Carrera Sport wheels in the first picture, or the stock Carrera S II wheels shown in the second picture (presently on the car). I am open to negotiating in both sets of wheels. The Carrera S II wheels have Sotozero winter tires on them and brand new TPMS sensors. I put winter shoes on to protect me if I got caught out in bad weather (happened once). Car is not driven in inclement weather.
There were two paint imperfections when I purchased the car, one on the right front bumper and one on the driver's door high up by the window. I opted to buy the car with them rather than walk away (I flew to buy the car and they had not been disclosed). These are the last two pictures, with ruler included for size reference. I have documentation to show these imperfections were present when I bought the car. The selling price has been adjusted to reflect these imperfections to allow the buyer decide how or if he/she wants to fix them. Paint is otherwise in great shape and has some tiny chips here and there reflective of a car of this age and mileage which does not have a clear bra.
Interior is a wonderful bi-color black/stone grey full leather and is great with two notes. The top of the driver's door panel has lifted slightly at the end closest to the seat back when the door is closed. It is not noticeable unless you approach the car when the driver's window is down (how I discovered it). The speaker grille on passenger has a small 1/4" crack in it. It's flush and you don't notice it unless you know where to look.
Price is $54,500. I believe this price represents great value/buy-it-now pricing, and is consistent with the market presently for a well optioned, Porsche warranty covered, honest C2S coupe, and adjusts fairly for the noted imperfections.
The Aqua Blue is a wonderful color, truly. Pictures do not do it justice. Just has to be seen in person. Has the added benefit of being rare. From some analysis I've done, I can confidently say < 2% 997.2s out there are this color.
PM me with any questions. Happy to send along any other pictures.
Well...hope there's a rennlister out there who wants this car, or who knows someone who does. I want it to go to good Porsche loving hands.

If it was a 6 speed I'd be buying it right now.
