Currently still has an extended warranty I bought through Beverly Hills Porsche until 9/2017 or 48k mi. It is transferable and I will offer it as an option to the buyer for whatever my refund amount is or I'll include it if I sell for close to asking price.

Is that a Porsche or 3rd party extended warranty?

It's a Fidelity Platinum Warranty that I bought through the Porsche dealer.
I offer it as an option because some buyers would rather pay less for the car and not have the warranty.

Beautiful car! my buddy had an 09 GTR and I drove it alot and i have to tell you I was gonna buy one but when my 997 TT came up I had no regrets buying it. In fact, the guy I bought the TT from regretted ever selling it and even thou he bought a 430 Ferrari, he said it still wasn't the same. He missed it so much he bought a GT3 but he still misses the boost.
