Interior and exterior are clean and in great shape. Body is straight with no dings. The car has been babied for the last 10 years and was mostly a weekend toy- it has 177,300 miles but has averaged only about 2,000 miles per year for the last 10! The car is in excellent mechanical shape- all repairs have been done by reputable Porsche specialty shop (very trusted shop which has been working on Porsches since the late 60's). Some information about the car:
-timing belt, waterpump and major service done 1k miles ago- belt was just retensioned after recommended break-in period
-engine and turbo rebuilt and clutch replaced 25k miles ago. Clutch master and slave cylinders replaced and fluid flushed 1.5k miles ago
-all power steering hoses replaced 1.5k miles ago and power steering rack replaced 3 years ago
-new tires and alignment

The car has full documentation going back to 2002 and includes receipts from much more work than can be listed here. All electrics on the car work, including rear hatch release, power sun-roof and interior lights. Nearly all rubber has been replaced and the cabin seals tight.
Most importantly, this car has no leaks from the engine area- the last small leak (cam cap gasket) was fixed during the TB/WP service last month.

I've been sick for a couple of weeks and put selling this on the back-burner. I just renewed the registration last week (good for the next year- and smog is good for the next 2 years). Hopefully someone who can really appreciate the car is interested. I also added a couple of pics that show the car as it is in person because my iPhone photos just didn't give enough detail to see the shape the car is in.
