The engine is a common rail 3.0 liter twin turbo diesel, so lots of low end torque -265hp and 425 lbs/ft of torque. And because it is a diesel that means great mileage. I have seen 40 mpg's highway cruising at 68 mph, mid 20's city and at worst low 20's city during spirited driving.
I am willing to consider selling the car as-is or I will put the OEM m-sport springs back on which will raise it up a bit or I can just give them to you with the sale if you are not sure, reinstall along the stock rear diffuser, stock exhaust, stock rocker panels and remove the front CF lip. Wheels will go with the car regardless - lots and lots of tread left on the Conti tires.
It gets washed weekly (no lie - okay I may have skipped a week here and there due to weather, but that's the exception). I wax my car with DoDo Juice Hard Candy with a top coat of Black Fire Wet Diamond, Lexol products on the leather, and I always use Sonax on my wheels and Adam's tire shine.
The car is darn near flawless and I would argue it is one of the cleanest 2011 e90 you will find for sale - no dents, scratches or wheel curb rash. I have never had a problem with the car, it has never been wrecked and it has been routinely serviced at my local BMW dealer.
I am only considering selling to buy a good tow vehicle for a boat - eyeing a new '13 Tundra Platinum. Sorry no trades.
$36.5k as-is or $35.5k OBO returning the car to more stock form.

Sorry the wheels go with the car, they are the only set of wheels I have.
If I put the stock springs back on next week I will let you know. I may also have a custom (for the 335d) stainless steel cat-back exhaust to sell if I put the stock exhaust back on.
