The car comes with great documentation ranging from a copy of the original window sticker, documentation of the rebuild at 65,000 miles by Rothsport (full build sheets at bottom of pictures).
In terms of condition the car is in great condition and only has a few mild rock chips. I will do my best to describe the various details and additions:
-Current mileage is just under 111,000. (I've put 11,000 miles on it)
-Rothsport rebuild at 65,000 miles. ($10,500 invoice)
-Has a euro front bumper which I had resprayed this past summer and also had a patch in the top left fixed. The original patch was in the corner near the headlight and was cracked from shipment. To my knowledge the car has never been any accidents and shows now fender damage or paint work aside from the front bumper and rear duck-tail deck-lid.
-Euro-front bumper has brake-duct intakes and working fog lights with clear lenses
-Rennline front strut tower brace
-Front protection bar for driveway scrap protection
-Aftermarket McColough HID bulbs
-Rennlist pedals and dead pedal
-Rothsport 993 Shift Kit
-Cross drilled rotors all around with steel braided brake lines (new at 95K miles)
-Billstein PSS9 installed by Gerber Motorsport here in Seattle
-996 3-spoke steering wheel
-Early softback sport seats in black although factory interior color is marble grey
-Has factory 6-disc stereo up front with original casette deck. I dont believe it's ever had anything different in it.
-Light weight Flyweel
-Rennsport Performance Chip
-Fister stage 2 exhaust
-Duck-tail rear lid
-Factory rear lid (i've never had it on but I assume it's fully functioning)
-Tires are Pilot sports with over 70% tread life
-Rims are in good condition. Front passenger side shows some clear coat issues. -When I bought it the right rear rim had scrapes so I bough another wheel off ebay and swapped it and I had the one from the car repaired that is also included with the car.
-Weather stripping on front window has two folds which is not uncommon. Will toss in a bottle of Pedro's Ice Wax
Car also comes with factory spare, tire pump kit and jack/tool kit.
In the below pics anytime I'm pointing at something I'm pointing at rock chips, chip in the headlight and a small0chip in the window so that I can point out any and all flaws.
Car is located in Seattle, WA and is my daily driver so the miles will vary. If you are interested in the car you can give me a call or email me.

This is one car that I miss.
fyi op those pads/rotors on the car were brand new at 94k miles, or right before you got it from me
When I sourced those seats, they were also out of a '95 993. It even had the supple leather option just like this car. How rare are those? Early 993 softback sportseats with supple leather.
a great 993

Just a quick intro: I ended up buying the car from the op.
New to 993's (and to this forum), I test-drove and ppi'd three other 993's before this one, all with much less mileage. But this one was by far the most sorted out car, and practically nothing came up from ppi.
Was good to be patient.
Thanks op, arigatou Kie-san for a great car.

Welcome PetriH, hope to see you out and about (assuming you and the car are in Seattle.)
