I want to say I saw this exact same car sitting in the pre-owned showroom down at Newport Maserati when I was down there a few months ago while car shopping for my wife. Same color, same spec. Everything. Had to be a different car but it was a carbon copy.

you know i used to say that too but we've been hearing predictions like that for over a year now but still no evidence of touring demand decreasing. with production over and most flipping done not sure why it would now drop.

Oh man, I was planning on selling my Cayman S to get a 911 Carrera T so that I could put car seats in it but this is sooo tempting! And I'm in the Northeast...

The GT3 touring is in a completely different league than the carrera T. And I say that as a T fan who owned one for a bit. If you can find a GT3T to test drive, you'll know instantly.
