Pretty sure this gentleman sold an untitled GT3 at MSRP on this forum? Unless he's given up on humanity, I doubt he's trying to make a huge margin on these and bought them back from their previous owners (who I'm sure are mostly flippers, but that's not his fault) above MSRP.
Thanks guys, if I were able to sell these cars at MSRP then we all would be having a totally different conversation but that is not the case as I have explained before and above.
We acquired these cars through mostly trades for GT2RS orders or other cars and had to give a fair trade figure based on the market at the time of the transactions, therefore, we own these just north
of their MSRP's and again we are listening to offers but unfortunately at above the MSRP.. that is where We are with these and sometimes we as a dealer get caught in the downturn..
If I had the ability to sell any of these at MSRP then as I have shown with the above mentioned untitled GT3 then I would gladly do so.
I have edited the post that the 2019 GT3RS in Black with Sofa Seats has been sold.
Thanks again for all of the support, PM's and interest.

Glad you're selling them, John. Hopefully they all go to happy owners who will drive them to the fullest. Myself and many, many others are buyers at (or very near) MSRP. So, whatever you don't sell now will surely be scooped up in the future.

Last time I checked, a Porsche dealer isn't obligated to sell any car to anyone for MSRP or lower. Why do people get so butthurt over this? Last time I checked, private party sellers are doing the same thing. Why not jump on them too? If you don't want to pay the ADM, move on. If the demand is there, they'll sell to someone else. If not, they'll sit and the prices will come down accordingly. Haven't read most of the deleted comments, but snide remarks aren't going to miraculously cause the prices to drop.
if you wait long enough they will be MSRP or below msrp.
but you will be driving BetaMax
if you like it just get it.
if yo don't like it just wait or move on.
I sold my RS at msrp -5000. where were all these msrp buyer? my had 61 miles... and likely the lowest msrp out there....
talk is cheap.
I also sell cars above msrp. many ppl asked about my 86G. market is 60, I will sell at $120. no I am not crazy. but I don't think there is any out there cleaner.
that's why I usually don't even bother with pictures.
the first guy with money and comes to see my cars, without exception, will pay what I ask.

Very true. Lots of talk from people, not much walk.

^ Miami b/c my orange car was delayed by PCNA for 11 months. I needed a car NOW.
then I decided it was not a very good car for me.
sold it
then orange arrive.
still not very good
but it is what it is.
I have 17 more not so good cars in storage. but I don't do msrp. I want a very large premium for them ;-)

I also had a post removed, and a very snide response from the mod. I was not being derogatory about the post, nor the dealer, however, it seems to have crossed someones interpreted lines for censorship. It's a shame.

Ha, exactly the same happened to me. I was a bit taken aback because this typically does not happen to me. I guess there is a new sheriff in town.

Offers buy cars, especially if a seller has seven of them for sale. How much he paid for them is irrelevant.
