1987 Porsche 944 turbo for sale or trade. Lots of mechanical work done to this over the years, rebuilt (ported) head, rebuilt turbo. Current on water pump and belts. Has limited slip (LSD) and some nice additions (968 M030 Sways, only944 short shifter, 968 hatch). newer tires, 911 style wheels, new brakes pads / rotors, calipers rebuilt, euro fog lights, clears turn signals.
As my focus was on the mechanicals, it does need some cosmetic attention. Needs paint (rare nile green metallic color), dash has cracks. Odometer is not currently functional so mileage unknown, showing ~135k. But, can say that the engine is very healthy and has been well maintained.
See pictures for parts... lots of good stuff new and used. Will try to put together a complete list of parts soon.
2 batwings, pristine airbag steering wheel, new camber plates, champion momo steering wheel, 3 turbo gauge clusters -- 2 pristine, one with 59k miles showing, spare euro fog light, a.i.r. nose panel. LR AFPR, 3bar FPR, Authority chips, stock chips. An absolute ton of good parts.
This is a great restoration project. The values of these cars are rising..
Why am I selling? I've had 944's for a number of years now (since 2003) and it is simply time to try something different.
Not parting out at this time. Car is on CA non-op.
$12500 FIRM for the entire package.

Good thing the cover's on or the paint could get damaged.
