1999 E36 M3 with S54 swap from a 2005 M3 and 5-speed manual ZF transmission. It’s an extremely quick and reliable HPDE car with the potential to make into a competitive track car. I’m the fourth owner. The second owner had the car built by Turner Motorsports, including the full cage. I had the engine swap performed at approximately 78k miles. The S54 has the VANOS completely upgraded with Besian and Dr. VANOS parts along with WPC coated bearings.

The car has a clean title, clean CarFax, no accident history, and is titled in Texas. I don’t have it registered as I trailer the vehicle. Body is in good shape, no dents, no rust, does have normal track/HPDE patina on the front end and wheel wells. The front bumper cover has some cracks where the front lip pulled away during an off, and I have a new in box aftermarket cover that will be included. The lip is secured currently, and I’ve been using as is for several months with no issues.

Tires and brakes have a lot of life as the tires are scrubs that I have no heat cycles on, and brake pads and front rotors only have 4 HPDE sessions. Car needs nothing to go an enjoy track days today!

Wow this car must rip. What is the weight out of curiosity? Power to weight ratio must be awesome.

It is a ton of fun. The extra 1000 rpm with the motor swap make all the difference. I haven't weighed unfortunately but I'm betting around 2800 with more that can be taken out (based on my last e36 that was just under 2700 with only half cage)
