I know you said no dealers but this one seems to be what you are looking for.

A dealer purchase adds the cost of tax to the deal for me since in NV we don't pay sales tax on private party sales.

I’m interested in purchasing a 991.2 manual GT3 from a private party. I’m located in Las Vegas, NV. Only interested in realistic asking prices, so please send me a message if reasonable. West Coast preferred (but open to shipping further).
Preferred Colors: Guards Red or Miami Blue
Required Options: FAL (need for my driveway), LED headlights in silver preferred with black second choice and manual transmission.
Heavily Preferred Options: Lightweight buckets

Agree with you that Miami is better than Mexico. Amazing that some are willing to use a PTS slot for Mexico when Miami is available. Good luck with your hunt, it’s a buyer’s market!

Really? Please post the links. I didn't see a single one priced as you mention when I was looking. I tried to negotiate on a few from private and dealers and no one is budging. I got luck and found a new one at MSRP + some dealer add ons that were mandatory or they would not sell it.

This thread can be closed. I ended up going a completely different direction and am having a 1st generation frame off Bronco with Coyote motor built. With a two year old and a 3 week old, I didn't think I would get to drive a two seater car unless I make it my daily driver and wouldn't feel comfortable doing that with a GT3. Will look for a GTS (or 992) later this year for daily purposes.
