Since my car search has finally came up with good news, it's time to let my R8 go. It's been an amazing car, and I love it dearly but no room means no room in the garage.
The car:
2017 R8 V10 Plus in Ibis white. Never tracked. 2k miles on tires, so basically new still. It's been meticulously cared for and has no imperfections.
-Audi CCB's.
-Soul Performance Exhaust on it (also have the original as well).
-Audi Care for life of warranty (100% free maintenance til 06/2021).
-No curbage on the wheels, no scrapes on the bumper (or under bumper for that matter).
-All maintenance done so far. Mechanically and visually perfect. Paint is pristine (no swirls).
-$205k MSRP. Diamond Stitch leather seats (not the racing buckets). Red stitching. Bang and Olufsen Audio.
-Basically fully loaded. Clean CARFAX as well.
-3rd owner (got it with 9.3k miles and it's been a blast!).
-15,754 miles as of today (4/24/2019). It's extremely fast and super comfortable (for what it is), and I'm sure it's not the first time you've read that about this car.
Carbon Fiber: Engine Bay, Mirrors, Rear Diffuser, Side Blades, Front Lip, Wing, Interior (dry carbon fiber).
Warranty: 06/2021 or 35,000 miles left (pretty good for 610hp Lamborghini V10).
Options: Diamond Stitch Leather. Dynamic Steering. Bang and Olufsen. 20" Wheels (machined finish). MSRP: $205k
Extras: AudiCARE, Soul Performance Exhaust (sounds insane honestly),
Price:
Pretty FIRM on the price!

Anyone considering a new 911 in this price range shouldn’t think
twice and buy this. The engine/exhaust note alone is worth the price!

150-160k can buy me an 1st Model year 458, newer GT3 or high mileage Huracan LP580... and that's about it. Everything else you either have to give something up whether it's cost, noise, exotic looks, warranty, or resale, while the R8 has all of those attributes, plus it's a great daily ON TOP.
This is a hard one buddy!

That's my main issue. I ask myself, can I get another V10 exotic with that engine noise for the same money and speed?

i can tell you that a regular Huracan will be a mechanical
letdown. More money and no gain except flashier looks. I traded my R8 for the Perf.
Performante is a different level but so is the cost. Never drove a 580.
The 458 trans on downshifts will feel lethargic by comparison to your car.
The driving position is very different from any car I’ve ever owned.
I really think the V10+ especially at this price range is impossible to beat!

bump! I'm so slow at this!
140k takes it, my new car is almost to the dealer and don't really want this taking up garage space!
