Reluctantly selling my beautiful 997.2 911 to make room for recently purchased air-cooled 911; I was hoping to keep this car but the reality of already having three motorcycles and now the air-cooled has set in. This has to go - priced to sell.

History
I looked for 6 months to find a second generation, manual, 997 coupe. Car was bought completely stock from Porsche of Beachwood in Ohio in April 2018 with 67k miles (it was a trade from an existing customer for a 991). I had the car enclosed shipped to CA. Since I have had the car, I have made tasteful performance mods to the car to bring it to a great canyon focused car. Porsche serviced car from new (I don't have the records as Porsche of Beachwood would not release the details due to privacy, but the Carfax has the services recorded and Porsche of Beachwood can confirm.

Performance Upgrades
Approximately $20k of upgrades have been spent on the car, most of the work completed by Alex and the team at Sharkwerks in San Jose, CA and recently had Tom of Lucent Motors in LA put the awesome KW3s all round:

• EVOMSit ECI Upgrade / Tune
• Sharkwerks Stainless Steel Muffler Bypass (sounds awesome, no droning on freeway)
• Lightened Flywheel (the noise alone is addictive, much rev happier engine)
• New clutch (less than 1000 miles)
• KW Variant 3 Coil Overs (stiff but not overly, handles LA roads fine and loves the canyons)
• H&R Front / Rear Sway Bar Kit
• Numeric Racing Precision Short Shifter (the best upgrade in my opinion for drivability)
• After-market 19” Porsche Sports II look wheels (whilst not OEM (they are $6k!) wheels, they are near identical and look amazing)
• New Michelin Pilot Sports 4S tires (the best tires for modern 911s and have less than 1000 miles on them).

Interior Upgrades
Interior is near stock with the addition of:javascript:;

• OEM Porsche Sports Steering Wheel (changed from the stock triangle wheel)
• OEM Porsche Sports Adaptive Seats (from a 997 Turbo, changed as offer far more support)
• Pioneer 7” Apple Play Head Unit.

Original Parts / Records
I have all the original parts that came off the car, which will be included in the sale if the Buy It Now price is met. If not, all parts will be sold separately.

Other Notes
Other things I can think of:

• Inspection / PPI welcome. This car needs nothing and is a blast to drive.
• Title is a clear Californian title
• Includes original Porsche book and two working keys
• Car has a small loan on it - will be cleared at sale (I have the cash to clear without, but small loan was taken out to build credit in the US)
• Car is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the auction early if the car sells.
• Local sale preferred (car is located in Santa Monica) but will work with the Buyer's shipper if preferred - ONLY after full payment is cleared.
