ADDED August 8, 2018 at 11:00 pm (Central):All: I posted this for a friend of mine who is the deputy city manager in Grand Prairie. The response has been overwhelming. I'm not sure he's even had the time to decipher 25-30 messages. Anyway, i spoke with him tonight and he asked that you call him directly at work. Given his schedule, he may or may not be readily available. He's a great, honest man whom I have known for 20 years. He's a straight shooter. I'm sure he will call you back.

I think he wants to give anyone interested a chance to see the car, drive it, etc... and make an offer. HE lives in Grand Prairie near City Hall.
