Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the kind words. As i mentioned earlier its a very hard car to price due to the the lack of well optioned 997 GTS's.
I feel anywhere from 85-90 is fair value based on what i am seeing out there.
Orrrrrr, i just behave myself and keep this car, its something i will regret selling thats for sure.

There's no doubt this is one of the nicest builds I've ever seen but at 35k miles the ask is quite steep. A regular spec GTS with 35k miles is going to sell for around $70k. That means you're basically asking sticker price for all the options like PCCB and buckets. If a buyer does want to spend $96k, there are GTSs listed with as few as 3600 miles for that price. I think most buyers would go for the low mileage over the options. These are just my opinions. I'm sure there is a buyer out there somewhere, but it's going to be a tough sell unless "within reason" is $10k+.

As someone that spent his whole deployment, 7+ months looking for THIS EXACT DAMN SPEC, I must say. Wow. I am in tears, and if I wasn't so addicted to the boost in my 997.1 turbo I would be making some really poor financial decisions to make this sale work and put another 35k miles on it in the next 2 years. Re-sale be damned, this is a drivers car meant to be taken to the limit.

Did u find your GTS
I've been considering selling my 2011 GTS. I only put 650 miles on it last year. Just ticked over 20,000 miles. I'm the only owner having ordered/speced the car in November of 2010. A failrly unique build, GT Silver, 6 sp, full leather, lighted sills, painted lower pieces, limited slip, chrono, adaptive sport seats. Most unique spec was Carrera Sport wheels replacing centerlocks. Up to date on maintenance; just did serpentine belt, oil change and brake fluid flush this last week. PM for details

My M3 is sale pending so the search for a 997 GTS is back on full steam. Any and all leads much appreciated.

Good luck in your search. As you can see by my avatar and a couple of pics, I wound up with Joe's (J. G. Rausa) GTS. Love it, and Joe is the real deal car guy and seller. I sold a pristine, loaded 991.1 C2S, PDK to get back in to a 6MT and have no regrets. PDK is fabulous and I always drove in Sport Manual which was fun, just not what I've long been used to and enjoy. Here a couple of pics "post Joe'!

@SFZ GT3 Looks great and congrats. I spoke to Joe but the timing obviously didn't work out. Glad to see the car ended up in the hands of a fellow enthusiast.

Saw your thread and remember seeing this pop up in my Craigslist alerts the other day. Looks like a nice one. Still really want one but the timing is not right for me.
