The only documentation from a Special Wishes build from 1984 would probably be the original repair order placed by the original owner, and good luck with locating that, Porsche didn’t even keep good records of these. These cars were built by the ‘factory’ and then sent over to the ‘Special Wishes Department’ for the custom work, which was done on a repair order, so these additional parts weren’t built into the build of the car in the VIN unfortunately. As such, proving this can be quite challenging. It sure looks the part though.

You can send a email to the factory and they will send you what options and what was done by the special wishes Dept. Mine had a bunch of odd little things and the full slant nose option. The little things that were noted by the factory were leather covered visors, leather covered *****. My car which was an also an ‘84 had a large number of different things than the one above. It is not for me to say what is correct or not but if it were my car I would contact the factory and get the process started.
