I think that is everything...
This car was bought new by a guy down in Texas who only owned it for a few months before selling it to an older doctor in New York. He tracked it for a few years in HPDE events and then stopped tracking it in 2011 due to health issues.
I pulled the DME when I purchased the car and there were ZERO over revs in ANY range. I have never tracked the car during my ownership, so I would expect this is still the case. Oil has been changed every 2000 miles or 1 year(whichever came first).
The car had an oiling issue at ~25k miles. It was repaired under warranty by Porsche. Front right fender was slightly bent from a piece of wood on the road that was kicked up by the front tire into the wheel well. This was professionally repaired and repainted by the well-known D&V Autobody in the Washington DC area that works mainly on exotics such was Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Porsche. They also do all of the work for the local Maserati dealership. No expense was spared and the guys did an excellent job. Overall, this is a great car at a great price. It would be excellent for street or track and has already had the coolant system issues addressed.
It does have a few small imperfections:
1. The front lip has scrapes from low driveways and such as you can see in the photos. These lips are cheap to replace (~$180 shipped last time I looked).
2. The rear bumper outcropping(not sure what it is called exactly has a spot where the paint was smudged(not scraped). It is hard to describe. I have shown this in the photos. Because of where it is, it is not very noticeable unless you are looking for it.
3. The clear bra on the side view mirrors is starting to peal and should probably be replaced or removed at some point.
