My 981S track car is racing yellow, well, it used to be before the track decals and mods happened. Still mainly yellow though, about 60%.
The gauges and belts and chrono clock are also racing yellow.
Bought the car to convert it to my new track mobile, which I did. I did not like the yellow color, not at all.
Although I wasn't crazy about the yellow, the price was right, and it was the right car for what I wanted it for, so I sucked up the "yellow" thing.
Gotta tell ya, it didn't take long after acquiring the car to absolutely fall in love with the yellow. Something about that color grew on me like mold. To this day, I still don't know what the something is. I love it now. It's somewhat unique in this world of Black, White, and Silver Porsches.
My kids even made fun of it. The day after I got it home, my 13 y/o daughter comes home from school and says "Daddy, I got you a new keychain for your new car." It was a keychain with a NYC taxi hanging from it....

I wish! The RY and the Birch Green are my favorite colors.
Just don't park across the upper Midwest from the Dakotas and west in late August, or millions of locusts may decide to have a sex orgy on your Racing Yellow Porsche so thick with bugs you won't see the car underneath them. Saw a picture of a yellow car like that some years ago. They had to get a fire truck to blast the locusts off it to get in and drive off. But I digress.
This is a fabulous GT3! Is it offered CPO?
