SOLD to a happy new owner in CA!
Capital Porsche (Capital Eurocars) does not (and will not) sell new cars above the manufacturer's price. However, pre-owned cars follow market value and market trends. This was not an opportunistic flip; my local 4-time GT3 owner was hoping for an RS, but allocations weren't released when he ordered, nor when he took delivery of, this GT3. So when I earned his RS allocation in March, he was ready to jump on it, and pre-traded this GT3 back to me.

Based on my research, I aggregated data on the [currently] 17 GT3s (2018) available at Porsche dealers in the USA. Here's the stats:
-> Average asking price: $203040
-> Average odometer: 449
-> Average original MSRP: $172623 (yes, I researched the options and MSRP of every VIN currently for sale)
-> = average margin over original MSRP: $30416
I also geeked out on my spreadsheet to get other figures, like average asking price for cars with PCCB, with Porsche CPO, and with 6M transmission. The results were a little varied ($211151, $209036, $207608 respectively), but the average margin was tremendously consistent: $30499, $30067, $30170 above MSRP respectively. So based on the data above, our pricing at

You will not find a more honest, transparent dealer. I'm in the opposite corner of the country, but I still buy my p-cars from him, despite several other good options. He's been loving/driving Porsches for far longer than he's been selling them.
