I have done significant maintenance on the car, partially listed here (and all receipts available of course):
- Engined removed & all coolant lines have been welded preventatively ($5k)
- Replaced Clutch, Pressure plate, and flywheel ($1.3k)
- Replaced Release Fork, Bearings, Guide Tube ($650)
- Replaced Water pump ($550)
- Replaced engine drive belts and pulleys ($500)
- Replaced transmission mount ($250)
- Replaced Brake pads / rotors ($1500)
- Standard wear items, oil changes, etc as needed.
- Aftermarket Pioneer Stereo, new Amp, etc (Car Play compatible) ($1k)
- 997 Short Shift Kit ($450)
- Rear Wiper Delete
- Aluminum Pedals
- ECS Wheel Spacers on Rear
- C4S Lip (roads are unusually dippy around here, this gives some extra clearance)
- COBB Tune ($800)
- Valentine 1 Radar Mirror ($400)
- Valentine 1 (can leave this in for +$250)
- Unfortunately, the front windshield suffered a crack recently. I have not yet had it replaced.
- The drivers side window requires a window microswitch replacement, that causes a small inconvenience with the auto drop function (of a few millimeters) when opening & closing the door.
- The suspension is the one area of the car that could use some TLC. The PO put aftermarket springs on, but the system feels pretty worn and ready for replacement.
REDUCED Asking Price: $37k
Any questions on any of the upgrades, maintenance, etc, just ask!

Beautiful car and condition!
Of all the items replaced, can you list what they were replaced with? Especially with the clutch, was it stock replacement or Sachs + 964 combo?
FYI - I would take care of the window drop feature and windshield issue asap.
The window issue can damage the seal quickly causing a wind noise, leading to replacing the entire door /window seal. and the windshield just because it should be a quick and easy fix, even with insurance for no deductible usually.

PM's all replied to.
@etchhead - I'm updating the original thread to reflect this. The PO put aftermarket springs on the car. The suspension is the one area that I would advise the next owner to look at sooner rather than later - shocks are worn and time for a full replacement.

Bumping this up - I just reduced the price to $37K.
Detailed images available via Dropbox for anyone outside CA looking to purchase.
Just listed on Autotrader as well! But would rather see it go to a rennlister!
