This car scored an A on the PPI when I purchased it with only 11,057 miles on it last year and after some key cosmetic upgrades and a bit of love, it is now Concours Mint and the 1st place winner (4 door class) of the 2017 PCA Gold Coast Porsche Concours D'Elegance that took place in Miami, FL on 11/19/2017. This 970 Turbo comes with all of my ownership records, PCA Member, PCNA build sheet, Vin decoder sheets, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, PCA Concours judges score card, invoices of every single item purchased and service performed, as well as complimentary enthusiast memorabilia such as the minichamps limited edition die cast 1:43 model, as well as the Maisto 1:18 model, PCA Porsche Panorama Magazines etc. Original Paint with full ceramic protection treatment, 2 key fobs with color matching Porsche crest leather key pouches. Burmeister Sound System Upgrade, Porsche Car Cover, 20" RS Spyder Wheels, Red Calipers, Pirelli P0 N1 Tires, (1800 miles on them), Porsche air valve caps, upgraded Porsche fuel cap, 3M 20% glass tint, interior leather protection treatment and many more. Everything is OEM except for the Porsche logo entry welcome light on driver and passenger side which PCNA does not provide as an upgrade but it looks fantastic while entering or exiting the car after dark. Services were performed on time, not on mileage. All fluids were replaced at 11,100 miles not by need but because I wanted to. Replaced tire inflator spray in June 2017. February 2018: AH08 Campaign Replacement Performed. All Porsche OEM parts at Porsche of West Broward in Davie, FL
Replaced and upgraded cooling system hoses with new Porsche OEM retrofit upgrade kit. Hoses are now braced and bolted and not electronically welded as with prior 970 editions.
Replaced and upgraded spark plug coils and wires.
Replaced all 20 wheel lugs with new Porsche nickel finish lug and wheel lock set.

Full Micro detail performed, ceramic protection revive. Car is not driven and kept under cover in climate controlled garage. Being launched and rolled out once a week to circulate the fluids and prevent flat spots.
You will not find a lesser mileage better cared for and up to date service and maintained 970 G1 Turbo in the country, I can say that with confidence as I have monitored this market closely for the past year even before I decided to put up the car for sale. I am a private seller, Gold Coast Region PCA member and my interest is now on Air Cooled Pcars, which is the only reason I am selling. I love this car and it shows on all of the above and enclosed.
