The Car is priced to sell as this is an extra car for us and the kids are starting to out grow it. The car has 58k miles and is in excellent condition. PPI's welcomed. Service light just came on. I will reduce price by the amount of the Service or can have it done prior for new owner if they chose. Thought it might be nice to let new owner decide as they may want their own shop or themselves do it to give peace of mind. i'm flexible. Also a couple more pics from the other day.

Thanks WhipE350. I'm still a little shocked at how much car you can get for the money with these 997.1S's. I see alot of people asking alot more $$$ for a similar car but I'm not interested in sitting on the car for months and months. It's paid off and it's taking up a garage spot that I'd personally like to free up.

Hey Chad I sent you a PM a day ago with a few questions. Let know if that came through?

Added photo of the door tag showing the Build date of 4/05 to confirm it's a "late my05" that is post 3/05 build and thus a car with the larger IMS bearing like the my06 & 07 M97 engines. I'm flexible on price but please know that this is one very nice 997S. Unfortunately I feel as though I'm paying the price for the 05' stigma when it's really no different than the 06's that are out there listed anywhere from $4k-$8k higher.
