Sounds like there are differing opinions about the cars value. Not picking sides but since it's not gone yet you may be overpriced for current conditions given the adequate exposure.

A similar car sold here last year for $39,000. It had 50k miles, 2007, full leather, 2 owner. Prices are probably pretty similar right now. The local dealer sold a 54k Atlas Grey 2007 C2S manual recently for $37,500; 3 owner car, and the paint wasn't in great shape. I knew the previous owner and he took his car through the car wash....

Lowballs: 30k, 36k, 36,500, 37k, 38k....these have ll been offers....

Anything over $35000 shouldn't be considered a low-ball... because market is littered with examples for $35-$40K.. so offers are well within what dozens others are asking (may be not on this forum)
