I was even a little hesitant about buying my 4.0 with the red interior pieces but it wasn't enough to stop me from buying the car.

The black 997 4.0 and/or 2rs need the red inserts imo. I’d go that way; and I will if I get a black 991-2rs. That’s one of my only exceptions.

I must say that you are right, the red pieces break up all the black (inside and out, including the wheels) and I'm really digging it.

Sorry for the hijack CJ...good luck on the search. If all goes well for me in the next few years I might ping you about helping me find a good CGT.
