The additional ceiling joist are the key to the strength of your setup. Nice! I would do the same if I went with side mount racks.

In principle it comes off the ATC line tomorrow and then about 2 weeks for delivery. Very excited and nervous to pull such a big beast.

Were the bolts through the horizontal frame piece at the junction of the wall and roof? Not sure what it's called in a trailer.

Here are the pictures. I have been up and down the California potholed highways for years and no issue to date.

Any thoughts about fatigue for those fasteners?

Sorry, have no idea. The trailer cabinet installer supplied and installed the hardware.
