Trailer blow over in wind
Has anyone had their trailer blow over in high winds? I have mine outside and we are getting routine 40mph+ winds. It is all aluminum. Will it help to have a car in there or leave it empty? At what wind speed will they blow over assuming you get the winds directly on the side?

Tying it down depends on what you have it parked on.
Grass, dirt, gravel, etc.: Use an anchor kit available from some place like Northern Tools, normally used to secure portable car sheds. The kits come with 4 anchors that twist into the ground and are rated to 1200 lbs or more depending on which kit.
Cement, Asphalt, etc.: This will require something like a wedge anchor that needs to be installed using a hammer drill and a specialty bolt like those sold by Red Head and available from your local building supply. Once the anchor is installed you will need some kind of detachable ring t/bolt combo that can be unscrewed when not needed.
With either system, use your existing ratchet straps to connect the trailer to the tie down. Should be more than enough to keep your trailer on it's wheels.
