Default Trailex enclosed man door interior attachments?

I haven't taken anything apart, but to me it seems the inside panel of the man doors on my enclosed Trailex are sort of thin fiber board with a plastic covering.
Does anyone have experience using these panels to mount some light weight stuff like paper towels or plastic wheel chocks?
If so, how strong are the panels and how are brackets attached to the door panel?
TIA

Yes - and it didn't work. The metal is too thin to hold anything using sheet metal screws.
