Default Trailer axle 7000 lb too much?

Am looking at an 18 ft nose Intech trailer. Has 2x 7000 lb axles. Given that my car weighs 3000 lbs + 1000 lbs off stuff will these axles be overkill and make for a rough or bouncy ride?

I would be highly surprised if it has dual 7000# axels on an 18' trailer. More than likely dual 3500# axels and 7000# total. Of course I have been wrong before.

I have 2 - 7k axles and i lug wheels in a 26' featherlight enclosed and love it. Capacity being much higher then i use it for makes for very long service intervals. That being said i highly doubt someone speced 14k of axles on an 18'. How many lugs r the wheels?

The pic is too low res for me to tell. If they r 8 lug then they should be 7k axles. Since it apperars to be spread axle im betting they r torsion axles so the ride should be fine. Im guessing the dry weight is 4-5k lbs? Leaves u a ton of capacity. I would go for it if it checks all the other boxes.
