Default Roof seal

I have a ATC Raven trailer, a little over 3 yrs oid. The material they used to seal the roof from the sides is coming off. Any suggestions on what is the best product to use once I get the old material off. I live in Florida, so it has to withstand big time sun and water exposure. Thanks.

You will want a material that is flexible, can withstand the environmental requirements for mobile equipment (shake/bake/marinate) and that would bond to whatever material you have on your trailer (aluminum, steel, fiberglass, etc.). We have a couple of hundred trailers and Dicor products work great to keep water out of a dry van. Not the cheapest.
You can Google Dicor.
