Here is the towing setup I ran for the last two years. This rig has been replaced by a 2009 Chevrolet Kodiak Ambulance which will make it's maiden voyage in April.

Mine doesn't begin to compare to some of the trailers that regularly appear in this forum, but it fits with the track rat (high smiles per dollar) nature of my E36. It's a basic 20 foot enclosed V-nose, purchased before the holidays. Like the track rat, it was purchased cheap, and then upgraded. To-date I've stripped the walls, insulated walls and ceiling, installed luan on the ceiling, painted, wired in 30 Amp Electrical, LED lights, epoxy flooring, etc. I'm into it for about $4,500, so can't really complain. Tow pig is an '07 Tundra.
How is the epoxy floor holding up? I have heard it is prone to cracking since the wood floor flex. Also, anymore photos of your V nose work bench, how is it attached? Is it custom?

Too early on the floor. I've only used it for part of one weekend. The first THSCC HPDE weekend at VIR was called after just a couple of sessions on Saturday morning due to severe rain, and flooding in the run-of areas. I suspect I will get a bit of cracking over time, but it's much nicer than the dirty bare wood floor that was in there. It was also cheap, just the basic Rustoleum Garage floor, and matching clear coat you get at the big box stores. I did add an 8'x12' section of "quality" $0.40 / SF carpet from HD to roll-over the floor when in sleep mode. A little nicer on the feet than the bare floor. I was pleasantly surprised that the trailer stayed comfortable (75 degF) with a outside temp nearing 40 using just a small space heater. The insulation seems to have worked out well. The trailer came with one of those portable ac units, but I'm not sure that will be enough come this summer, despite the insulation. I'll add a proper RV roof unit if need be after I test out the portable unit.
The workbench is just half sheet of 3/4" plywood, with 2 ea. 1"x4"x8' boards. One board across the front, one cut into pieces and screwed to the front wood. I wouldn't want to rebuild a tranny on it, but it works well for a countertop and was cheap. More countertop than custom workbench :-)
32' Gooseneck AC Generator Ect, What will be sweet is that I am having made a 80 Gallon fuel tank to fit under the floor, no more schlepping 5 gallon cans to the station.
