Default Will I be able to load my 991.2 on this trailer?

Looking at this Aluma trailer, the deck height is 20 inches and ramps are 7 foot. Should I be able to load the car on this trailer without hitting the front dam?

Get some race ramps and you won't have a problem.

As an aside I have a trailer with an open central area rather than a full deck. I find myself using it as a lift to do maintenence way more often than I thought I would. Works great for oil changes, flushes, brake inspections, under carriage inspections, exhaust work, etc...

food for thought...

If you go to raceramps.com they have a calculator to determine which size ramps you need.

Ok, so it looks like the dam in front of the wheels is like 3.5 inches...center about 5.5...from what I can gather on the net...Im guessing Ill need to use the lowest number,

You will need additional ramps for it not to scrape.

Or jack up the front of the trailer to make the angle of ramps and bed of the trailer less. Race ramp always makes things easier.

I used to have the same trailer. You can achieve a similar result by raising the front of the trailer with your tow vehicle connected. Simply drive your tow vehicle’s rear wheels up on some ramps. You might then only need some 2x4s to raise to your trailer ramps a bit. Race ramps are great but they are a PITA to store on an open trailer and you want to make sure they don’t get stolen.

Did that a few times with my open and was a PITA, and you still have truck ramps to secure. I made wood extensions and nobody wants to steal those.

Quick Reply: Will I be able to load my 991.2 on this trailer?
