Well maintained, early build, all original 911. I purchased this car four years ago (April of 2015) with 75,500 miles, it runs great. I travel most of the week for work, so I barely get to drive it - it pains me to sell it, but no sense in having it sit in the garage. New tires at 76.500 miles Maintenance that I've had done includes tune up, oil changes every 3k miles, new thermostat, new shifter cable, and a wheel bearing. Have all of my maintenance records. Everything works as it should, no surprises or stories. No tears in seats or carpet, no cracks in dash. No drips or leaks. 6 speed manual, limited slip differential, traction control, 18" 993 Turbo Technology hollow spoke wheels, wheel caps with colored Porsche crest. Have original manuals and full set of keys. Some paint flakes, some paint touch up of old flakes, bin cover in between front seats is loose.
I don't believe the ims, rms, or aos have been done.
What I mean by paint flakes is that there are small spots where the red paint has flaked off and I can see white paint (which I assume is the primer). There are no dings, scratches, or any other type of damage - just the red paint missing. Primarily on the hood, although a few around the body.
Have a question regarding the back window seal. Has the back window ever been replaced? Seals look to be in bad shape, does any water leak around these areas circled in Yellow?
Had the windshield replaced 3 years ago (hit by a rock on the highway). Had the glass guy look at the rear window - he told me that the gasket was to "finish" the window, even if not in place the rear window wouldn't leak. Have never had a drop of water. Planned to replace it just so it would look better, just never got around to doing it.
