For Sale by Private Party: Lightly used, never tracked and highly cherished 2016 GT4 in GT Silver Metallic, 2840 miles, MSRP $117k. Original owner, No Over Revs, no accidents, no paint work, no door dings, no wheel rash, no tire curbing. Car is in spectacular condition with no issues, please see the May 22, 2019 dealer inspection report showing all Green, especially the expensive PCCBs (critical to used car buying).
Car is completely stock with no modifications except for $3000 of XPEL paint protection film, knock off key fob sides, cf mats removed/replaced with standard mats. Car is located in Chandler, Arizona, the title is free and clear. Includes original items as; owners manuals/pouch, laminated monroney window sticker, and two keys with OEM painted fobs. Sorry, no trades I'm looking to gain garage space. Payment in full by wire transfer prior to releasing title. This is a late production car, delivered Sept 1 2016 and babied with dealer servicings on 3/15/2017, 5/3/2018 and 5/22/2019 and is still under factory warranty until September 2020.
Porsche N Scottsdale completed full annual servicing 5/22/2109, oil change, brake flush, and transmission recall / replacement.. New owner gets a freshly serviced car with no issues, fully dealer inspected, that is ready to go. I have all paperwork and receipts.
On May 3, 2018 this GT4 had 1600 miles on the ODO and I had the 5000 mile servicing performed. Porsche Chandler SA, Carlos Barela, entered 5000 miles in both the "SERVICE IN" and "SERVICE OUT" fields which is incorrect and implausible but unfortunately reported to CarFax. The next month Mr. Barela departed employment there so I can't get this corrected in the system and it shows as a discrepancy so I feel the right thing to do is declare it up front to potential buyers.
No needs, No problems, No excuses, this GT4 is ready to drive home to your garage today. No sales tax in Arizona on private party sales.

Wow amazing spec. Also, out of state buyers in AZ need to know the title has to be notarized. I ran into an issue buying an AZ car then attempting to register in GA.

I will pay for any notary required and have the official AZ DOT form from their website.

Very Nice build!I am in California and I and curious ( and interested in buying a GT-4) about the out of state registration, that once you go to register it in CA don't they hit you for the sales tax, which were I am at is 9% of the sales price plus the $900.00 registration fee?
From the research i did, if you hold the car with an out of state title for over 1 year, you can then retitle it in CA without paying sales tax since it's considered a title transfer not purchase. It's listed somewhere in BOE's website. You only run a risk if you get pulled over by police and they see that you did not complete a title transfer within the allotted 2-4 week timeframe or so.
PM me and i can let u know the research i did in terms of doing a private party sale in AZ...
yea, I would be interested in knowing how this works.I have been audited by the BOE for my business. They make the Federal Government look like pure idiots from the hoop jumping the BOE can put you through. You can hit me at aswinc2@aol.com.The CA sales tax makes buying a high end car prohibitive.
You could buy it and flip it for profit like you did to my last one - then we'll all do well!
BTW, this one has even more carbon fiber than the last plus the accent stitching catches everyone's eye.
Besides, is anyone else selling a GT4 w/ under 3000 miles for $17k UNDER MSRP ?
Per request, servicing scheduled w/DME report 5/10
