I'll take it if you want to take my yellow Cayman on trade! Very nice car. GLWS. Are you back in town?

I bought two GT4s new, this was the second and corresponded to the May 1 2016 opening of Chandler Porsche that was "allegedly" my ticket on to their GT3 list. I put all the miles on my other GT4 and preserved this one for Chandler Porsche in an Air Conditioned garage, then they had multiple staff turnovers and nobody knew me or the $240,000.00 in GT car transactions in Porsche Chandlers first 4 months of opening. They stiff armed me on a 991.2 GT3
I had a similarly lame experience with Porsche Chandler and Porsche N. Scottsdale. This is how Porsche does business these days, and they are proud of it.

Bill, buy my Cayman S so I can buy this from Scott. Then I can store the Cayman S for you.

I don't want to get off topic, but.... This is a great car offered at an even greater price/value. Only thing I can say is that the Porsche market has turned very bearish very quickly. I am seeing more great cars sit at what appear to be exceptionally attractive prices. And I don't understand it. It's a wholly different market today than was the case over the last handful of years, until about six months ago.
This car should have flown out the door at a hundred grand and I can't believe it's not moving now.
I would think even a dealer could make money buying at this price. Persevere and GLWS.

With Ferrari you know the game, hate it, but the outcome is predictable based on your actions.
Porsche is the Wild West.
Not much love for that.

Dealers also pay more.
After 6 months of private party listings on my 997.2 GT3 I found dealers paid $9k more than private party offers yielded. They CPO'ed it then jacked up the price $28k and it was sold in Two Weeks
I'd trade this GT4 in and make out front and back .... but what would I get?
After I got the Touring I can not find another car to buy that I would enjoy more...

This one is a near identical twin to mine though I don't have PCCB or the leather dash, both which are very nice additions. I'm kind of shocked it's still available but the market is so weird on these right now, unfairly so. GLWS.
