This adapter kit allows you to install the newer generation OEM Porsche 991 Sports Spoiler (part # 991505525011E0) onto a 997.2 Porsche 911 (2009 - 2012 models, see fitment chart in listing for exact compatibility details).

This adapter kit eliminates the need for any drilling or screws which can damage the bumper and internal components such as washer fluid lines positioned inside the front edge of the bumper.

By using the existing slots on the 997.2 bumper and leveraging a unique clip adapter system which locks onto the newer generation 991 Spoiler, installation is quick, simple and 100% reversible.

The result is a completely OEM / factory look and fit of the 991 spoiler, as the adapters are fully hidden behind the spoiler. See pics in this listing.

The Kit can also be reused if the spoiler ever needs to be replaced due to damage or scraping.

Kit A includes:

6 x Adapter Clips
2 x Wing Supports with pre-applied 3M VHB Tape
6 x Locking Clips (+ 1 Spare)
2 x Anti Flex Clips
8ft Trim-Lok

Kit B provides the exact same final look as Kit A, but is recommended for lowered vehicles and/or where you frequently deal with steep inclines/driveways etc. which could result in frequent scraping of the 991 OEM Spoiler.

Kit B contains wing end caps which leverage a bolted well nut solution for maximum strength at the spoiler wing (outermost) sections. As a result it is necessary to drill 2 holes to support these end-caps. The holes are in a location on the underside of the 997.2 bumper where there is lots of available space and away from the washer fluid lines. To make the process even easier a drill bit and depth control tool are provided to ensure you only drill deep enough to penetrate the bumper skin.

6 x Adapter Clips
2 x Wing Supports with well nuts, stainless steel hex bolts and washers
1 x Drill Bit
1 x drill depth control tool
6 x Locking Clips (+ 1 Spare)
2 x Anti Flex Clips
8ft Trim-Lok
