Description:

I have a spare intake from my '79 928 K-Jet car that I'm selling. Believe this fits the '78 & '79 model years, but not 100% certain.

These are in nice shape and very clean, as I ran them through a cycle in my heated, ultrasonic parts washer with an aluminum-safe TASCsonic cleaner in a 5:1 water to cleaner ratio (I can look up the name if it's important) then thoroughly rinsed in clean water. Remaining clean-up required is the adhesive from the crest position on the body as it looks like it had been previously glued on and needs to be scraped/chipped off.

Great for someone that wants to paint, powdercoat, or polish their intake but doesn't want to take the car out of use during the process, which is why I ended up with a spare myself.

Includes the 8 legs, body, boots, clamps, long bolt, curved pipe, etc and is essentially complete. Boots should probably be renewed during installation, but they're included, so your choice..
