Dealers seem motivated to move remaining '25 Taycan, Macan's before the MY26 show up and especially with the $7,500 Federal Tax Credit going away.
I was able to get $36k off a MY25 4S with an MSRP of $146,545 this weekend.

Are you guys inquiring about these deals/discounts? Porsche official website and local dealers have zero verbiage about incentives/kickbacks/conquest etc other than a countdown timer for the 7500 dollar federal tax credit.

These posts literally just made me walk into a Porsche store. Just got back.
For a lease. The most they're doing is 17500 off MSRP on Taycan (all trims) or Macan Turbo. 10K rebate plus 7500 fed credit. I didn't even try to negotiate but he told me right off the bat non negotiable.
Once we turned the page, I inquired about a GT3 and he got me an allocation on the spot plus 50k ADM. He instantly softened up when I showed real interest on two cars.
Do you guys think I can do better on a Taycan 4S/GTS CT other than the 10k rebate and 7500 fed credit on a lease? 2025 MY.

That's the standard discount.
The problem becomes how picky you are about color and options.
The less picky, the more deals you will have.
I would find a cars you like, then shotgun offers
I have a few dealers that need to move inventory. DM me if you need a referral

Audi dealers discounting the RS etron GT up to $17K off of msrp and then theres a $10K Audi discount on top of that. Since the RS etron GT Performance is essentially a Taycan Turbo, you might give it a look if interested?

Good point on that. Some youtuber leased a used one for about 600 bucks a month with minimal $$ down. If it were for me, I'd do it. The car is for the wife and shes being a brand snob. It's Taycan or keeping the Model S.
Sorry if I'm clueless, but how are people getting the $7500 credit on a Taycan? Isn't it over the msrp limit? Or are dealers just discounting the car by that amount for the sake of matching that Fed EV credit?

All EVs qualify for a the $7500 credit on a lease.
To qualify for a $7500 tax credit on a purchase, the rules are so strict that there are a handful of cars and people that qualify for it. Forget MSRP, the car has to be made in the US with batteries from the US. Even is the Taycan was $10,000 it would not qualify for the $7500
However on a lease within the U.S.,, dealers are granting Taycans in stock that $7,500 off (through tomorrow) but another $5K dealership MSRP deduction contribution plus another $5K Porsche deduction contribution , e.g., $17.5K.
