Default 2nd Porsche vs upgrade

I love my 2020 taycan turbo, but I also miss having a convertible (335is I sold a few years back). The garage situation gets a little complicated but I think I can add a low mileage low weight 991.1 carrera s for $70-75. Or, trade the taycan in and get a well-loved 911 turbo for close to the same 0-60. Boxsters are an option, they feel just a little small for me at 6’3”. 997s also a maybe. 2nd car for us is a Stelvio Quadrifoglio at the moment, which might turn into a rivian R2 in a few years. The girlfriend is not comfortable driving Porsches or a big R1.
i have brought up the boxster ev and was quickly dismissed by my local dealer. They’d rather sell a car on the lot.
Any strong opinions here? Taycan plus a ‘slow’ 911 to drive fast makes sense to me. But I can be convinced.

Get a used C8 Convertible Corvette as your fun car, unless you have a MT.

You can easily pick a 2023 one up for around 70k, with low miles.

Depends what your going for and your current use case. A base Boxster 981 six speed is the sweet spot in my eyes. If you're going PDK then get an S. The 911 is the quintessential sports car so if you have never owned one you could tick it off your list. If you have kids keep the Taycan. If you don't then you could consolidate. The 911 (991&992) turbo is pretty sterile though so just a heads up on that.
