I'm not sure of pricing used, but in terms of meaningful performance bang/buck in actual daily driving the 4S/GTS are in my opinion the best options - most of the performance differences between GTS and Turbo/TurboS are only with launch control - so unless you're driving around town in sports plus and launching from every stop light - for any normal driving the 4S/GTS are simply super quick/easy and honestly indistinguishable outside of drag strip/race track…

4S/GTS for the win in my opinion new or used…

Here's one CPO at 32k miles: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/8...-4efea87c5214/

Don't see CPO listed on that vehicle.

It's in the notes from the dealer on the listing

"Porsche Sugar Land proudly offers this beautiful Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo in Carrara White Metallic over a Black interior with 32,747 miles."

Nice deal then. I would never sell mine for anywhere near that price

I have also been tracking Turbo pricing. It's very tempting for me, but I think the sweet spot is a 2021 or 2022 Turbo. Most are sold with a CPO. I myself am going after a GTS for various reasons that unique to my situation. I believe all 2019-2021 cars received updated software related to batteries, so ranges across all PBP models are aligned with 2024 range estimates that is currently published on Porsche's website.

I too noticed dealer inventory are swelling and many cars are sitting on the lot for over 120 days. There are cars that's been sitting for 250+ days. Use carsguru as reference of the car you're viewing on cars.com/autotrader/dealer sites. Cars.com is pretty good at giving you the price decrease history, which gives you good indication of the lack of demand on these cars. It's a buyer's market, though the best value will be in the next 12-24 months when the 2025s are delivered and lease returns hit the preowned inventory.

Just go buy a Fidelity extended warranty. I’ve had them on a couple ice turbo. They are writing policies on the Taycan. Shop around you should be able to find a nice turbo with under 20 K for miles in the mid 70s and turbo S in the mid 80s prices will only continue to fall.

A majority of their customers are not pleased with their Fidelity policy.

Well I’m a realist and……..
first-hand experience and never an issue. I know probably four or five other Porsche owners who have Fidelity warranty without issue search the Porsche forums. It’s a nice safety valve for the price. Call a Porsche service advisor and ask about the Fidelity warranty. Quite sure the response will be positive.
The fact that they’re now writing policies on the Taycan is just an added bonus. get the platinum coverage only.

here is a fidelity thread

Below is Fidelity's Better Business Page, A rated, accredited, and in business for over 45 years. "Majority of their customers" please.. 133 complaints is less than half a single percent of Fidelity customers. We have probably double the amount of Fidelity customers from the Rennlist forum ourselves, and we are one of 6 or so retailers mentioned.

Glad to hear that many customers are happy with Fidelity. I will investigate to possibly purchase one, and as suggested talk to my Brand Ambassador.

In your signature section you proudly noted that Highlline-Autos has a business relationship with Fidelity. Based on my many decades automotive career, I know selling extended warranty policies is a very large margin product for dealerships.

I will consider all factors before I pull the trigger either way. Thank you.

That is how we are able to undercut the dealerships on price and make it up on volume providing Fidelity coverage at a much better price to anyone in the country. The dealership is trying to roll a big number into 60 months of financing.

My information is tgibson@highline-autos.com or (855) 924-1333 if you have additional questions, or would like to see pricing and an example contract that explains coverage.

I have purchased two warranties through these guys. They are absolutely the best and offer the best pricing.

Some great deals coming up on used Taycan. Many coming off lease. Buyers market. Just to add I have also had a Fidelity warranty on a Benz and it worked flawlessly. Also had the premium coverage only policy.
