Default Considering 2022 4S

Considering pulling the trigger on a 2022 Taycan 4S with 23,500 kms....

Will use only locally in the city as a 4 season daily...so 100km radius max, mostly 30km. I would pretty much only charge at home.
If i want performance, I would drive my 992 Turbo and for range would take the Audi Q5.

Is this build missing anything critical?

-Jet Black Met exterior on Black Leather interior
-Porsche Surface Coated Brake (PSCB)
-Porsche Electric Sport Sound
-On-Board 150 kW DC-Charger
-Adaptive Cruise Control
-Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18-Way) with Memory Package
-SportDesign Side Skirts
-Porsche Intelligent Range Manager
-Bose Stereo
-Air Suspension
-Panoramic roof
-Surround camera
-Lane change
-Onboard chargers/cables/connect

Its a good looking spec with a the 79kwh battery as the only possible drawback.

Would come in low on bid. Huge Canadian incentives too for buying any EV in 2023.

Rear steer is really nice to have. I would also hold out for one with the bigger battery.

Appreciated. Seems like 93 kwh is the real standard.

two things, new cars are available and some dealerships are offering big incentives to move the new cars, you should see what is available, and regarding battery size, I believe that you should buy as much range as possible.

I didn't see Individual drive mode (sport chrono) listed unless it's in one of the packages. I love being able to customize my ride height, regen, and sound and use that drive mode. Personal choice but I had something similar in my ICE and I love it in my Taycan as well.

I decided to go on the hunt in 2024...i agree their will be some incentive coming especially with the refresh around the corner.

Interesting...this will be a four season driver...snow included. adjustable ride height is very desirable.

These are beautiful cars and im sure it will hit a sweet spot with the right spec.

Taycan is a great car you will appreciate more in winter when you can’t get the ICE car up to operating temps to have fun quickly enough.

I would try for RWS and GTS (or a crazy discount on a turbo s)
I have a sedan, would prefer a wagon if looking anew
but you have a 992 turbo s right? Any variant will be a good alternative when the ICE isn’t the right choice. CT4 may be the true sweet spot
get a 23-24 for hw/sw upgrades to pcm

we have a PTS GTS and a Neptune Turbo S CT coming in. I think Porsche is really supporting these cars better now

When you talk about Canadian incentives on EV are you talking dealers or GOV? I haven't seen the Taycan qualify for any Gov EV credits but if there are some can you send me a link.

TIA!

Small Business Federal Capital Cost Allowance (CCA) EVs is 61k depreciation in year one for 2023, going down to 40K in years 2024-2026. https://www.fordkeast.com/blogs/shou...-company-name/

Some Porsche dealers are also offsetting the Lux tax on Taycans.
