Default EA public chargers real time availability on NAV screen

Is it normal for EA chargers real time availability info to disappear from the NAV screen from time to time probably due to EA's system issues? I was on a road trip the other day and needed real time charger info but all I saw was charger icons on the map but no real time availability info. If not, how do I get real time availability info back on the NAV? Thanks.

I've no clue on a fix but I will say that this has happened to me more times than it should. So far switching map views, searching for chargers, and two finger resets have not worked. Seems to always resolve itself before too long so best guess is that it's a connectivity issue somewhere in the chain. I would love to know if there is a setting I'm not finding. Having the real time availability is handy when traveling.

It does happen on regular basis for me. I don't think it's an issue with EA, I believe it's on Porsche side. When it happens to me I typically have the spiining wheel for the calculated SOC at destination. It looks like it's a PIRM issue (can't display the chargers availability, can't display SOC at destination). No real fix. It comes back to normal after few trips.

On longer road trips you tend to get map updates that happen as you drive into a new area. Those updates often make the EA real-time info disappear. In the past the info disappeared every time the update happened. Lately it disappears only for a short time. So, it’s getting better. But it has been frustrating, as longer trips are where/when you really want the real-time information.

Absolutely. Good point. On long trips, that's annoying.... experienced it several times.
