<3000 miles, Lemon Lawed due to 'would not start/move'

Third party dealership -- no additional warranty (13 months left on bumper to bumper).
Sitting at dealer for 3 months now.

Does it have any records of repair, who did it, etc? It could very easily have been a failed and replace battery or main drive unit.

Any details on repair? If porsche did it and it's all documented, I'm not sure I would let that scare me. Quite a few taycan got lemon'd as people got irritated waiting for parts.

 

how long you plan to keep it? it's gonna be a hard resell down the road.

i'd say 70k-ish? i'd lowball and work up from there.

 

My DD’s I tend to drive them into the ground.

With only 12 months of warranty left, I’m not even sure 70k is comfortable.

 

Walk, no run away from this one. There’s plenty of 2021-2023 Taycans in the market.
