Default Taycan 4 S with rear wheel steering

Is it me or is there a normal tendency for a small rear end bounce on imperfect road surfaces? Or is there maybe a transmission issue?
I have 2020 4 S with rear wheel steering. The handling is amazing. Can’t figure the quirk.

I haven't experienced that at all, either in my current GTS with RAS, or previous Turbo and 4S CT without RAS.

my 2023 T4S CT has a smooth ride. i have not experienced what you are describing in normal. in sport plus the suspension is noticeably more firm, but still well damped.

have you visually inspected your shocks to rule out signs of leaking?

Kind of like a slight sway in the rear?

I haven't experienced this either in my RWD with air suspension (RAS also but doubt that has an impact)

That’s just one of the two and a half tonnes making itself known. Even with Porsche’s suspension know how, you can’t expect that much weights not to have an affect on the handling.

I have a 4S with RAS and feel the same thing as OP described. My car has 19 " all season tires. I had the alignment checked last year when I replaced the worn front tires. The alignment was fairly close.
