Default Heater Stopped Working

Minus 15 today and the heater module failed. 2022, 9 months old and 6K miles. Dealer said the new part has to come from Germany. Waiting for an ETA.

Default Heater Stopped Working

Check once if your heater's power button is turned on. If this doesn't solve your problem, then make sure other electrical wiring have no breakage or should not have tripped. Overcoming these 2 major issues can restart heater again to work.

Don't feel too bad about this. My Tesla Model Y got called in for a preemptive heat pump replacement. Was having no issues but they did it to be "safe" New heater died on start of 2000 mile jouney at 10 deg F. had to turn around and go home and get my Cayenne Turbo (not such a bad swap). Replaced heat pump, octavalve and other misc stuff, all under warranty even though 10,000 miles out of bumper to bumper.

It's not the fault that's the problem. It's the wait for the part. My 2022 TTS has been waiting for a part since Dec 14. I still cannot get the dealer to give me an ETA (Porsche Bellevue)

Happened to me twice, first time happened 8 months after getting the car, had to wait 2 weeks for the parts, second time happened 7 months later, they had the parts in stock so got the car in a day. I did use preheat/cool a lot so I wonder if that contributed
