Does this charger help?
What does this mean?
Does this give you back the old charging speed, or does this mean even faster charging than the original design? It looks like it speeds up charging but I wanted to know from people who are Porsche experts.

this makes the car able to charge faster if you have a faster home charger - it does nothing to fix/improve the problems with Porsches mobile chargers
mostly a waste of money in north america give a lack of 100 amp charging infrastructure
